Established in 1997 we offer offer quality accommodation for students or young professionals who like to live in the Crookesmoor, Broomhill and Ecclesall area of Sheffield. We also have several houses in the areas of Dinnington and Woodhouse. We offer a personal service for tenants.

Unlike many of our competitors, we own all of the properties that we rent, therefore always dealing with any issues raised with efficiency, ensuring consistency of maintenance across our portfolio. We also decorate and furnish all of our properties with a contemporary style in mind.

Our selected properties are registered with the University of Sheffield. We are also members of the Sheffield & District Landlord Association.
